Receive 30 minutes of (distance) Reiki.
The word Reiki: Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". Reiki is all about surrendering to the universal flow under guidance of God/Source's wisdom. It cannot be forced; you will receive the healing you need in that moment. We can, however, set an intent to work with and give it over to Source.
